26th Annual General Meeting

Dear RPA Member,
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2014
Notice is hereby given that the 26th Annual General Meeting of the Raffles Parents’ Association (“RPA”) will be held on Saturday, 22nd March 2014 (Saturday) at 9 a.m. in Raffles Institution, Lecture Theatre 2 (Year 1-4 Campus).
The business to be transacted at the Meeting is as follows:
1. Chairman’s Report
2. Confirmation of Minutes of the 25th AGM
3. Treasurer’s Report and the Adoption of the Audited Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2013
4. Election of office bearers for 2014/2015
5. Any other business provided prior notice has been given to the Honorary Secretary at least 7 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting, according to paragraph 12 of the RPA Constitution.

Light refreshment would be served before the AGM.
After the AGM, Mr Jeffrey Lee from Raffles Guidance Centre will be giving a Cyber Wellness talk on “Privacy, Social Media and Media Literacy”.
